PROBLEM: Pep Boys isn’t doing enough for their customers to “trust” them, like their tagline states.

TRUTH: People are more likely to trust someone when they don’t feel like they’re being sold to all the time.

SOLUTION: Create a mobile app that helps people care for their cars by pointing out maintenance and repairs before they become an issue.

The app works with a car’s computer to mine raw data, like unique driving habits, and then delivers it back through the mobile app in an easy-to-understand way.

Should there be a weird sound coming from the car, this app also uses sound technology to help diagnose the origin of the noise. By arming customers with the tools they need to better care for their car, they ultimately are more likely to trust the boys to help them get where they are going.
